Dr. José Manuel Villicaña Hernández graduated from Universidad Michoacana in 1986 as a general surgeon, then moved to the United States where he was practicing medicine graduate fellowship in bariatric and nutritional disorders UCLA, UCSD.

In Mexico is a specialist and expert in bariatric and nutritional disorders, as well as an adjunct professor in the course that is taught to doctors who are doing the specialty in the city of Mexico, supported by the National Polytechnical Institute and the Mexican College of Bariatric AC which is founded in the northwest area of the country.

He has also taken several courses lipoplasty, cosmetic surgery, cosmetic medicine, anti-aging belonging to various schools on both sides of the border in aesthetic medicine and anti-aging.

A for 2 consecutive years been Secretary and Treasurer of the Medical College of Tijuana BC which is a regulatory body for doctors in Tijuana, and has been a director for another 4 years.
